As a Bra Fit Specialist at Ella Coco Lingerie you will have the rewarding opportunity to help women look and feel amazing!
Some of the most important must haves for this role include:
- Minimum 3 years Sales/Retail experience
- A confident, outgoing personality. Bra fitting is very much a one-on-one, personal service so being comfortable with that and able to easily make personal connections with new people is a MUST.
- Able to provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service
- Professionalism
- Punctual, reliable and hardworking
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced environment
- An eagerness to learn and a positive attitude. There is a lot to learn about our products and bra fitting, training is provided but willingness is key.
- Ability to work weekends & evenings long term
The schedule will be every weekend and possibly some week day shifts 10-20 hours/week. There is an opportunity for a full-time position if desired at a later time.
